71th Annual Big Game Trophy Show Vendor Information

Vendor information for the 2010 show

Once again it is time to book booth space at the annual Big Game Trophy Show. This year's show will be the State Show held Sept. 25th & 26th at the Rockingham County Fair Grounds in Harrisonburg, VA. At this time spaces are still available, but don't wait till the last minute. This years booth rates are listed below.

First priority will be given to those who had a booth space last year. You can reserve the same space you had last year by completing the Booth Rental Request and returning it with payment to Jon Ritenour or Mark Martin by August 23rd. After the 23rd any non-reserved spaces will be made available to new vendors on a first come basis.

Indoor Booth Size:

10'x 10' (single) = $80.00

10'x 20' (double) = $125.00

10'x 30' (triple) = $165.00

Tables and Chairs are available for an additional charge (see below).

Outdoor Booth Size:

25'x 25' = $75.00

25'x 50' = $150.00

ATTENTION INDOOR VENDORS

Due to rising costs of providing a facility suitable for the Big Game Trophy Show we have tried to put together a compromise between higher booth rental and the increased costs of set-up expenses.

This year we will be using the same system for dividing the booth spaces as the Fair Association uses at the county fair. What this means is there will be no tables used for dividing the booths. This has become a necessity due to increased rates for building, grounds, tables, chairs, etc.. However, the tables and chairs are still available, but they will not be included in the booth space fees. We will arrange to have tables and chairs at your booth if you need them and we regret we will have to pass along the fee. Charges for the tables will be $7.00 each and chairs $2.00 each. We will need to know the quantity you need in advance so we can place an order with the Fair Grounds.
